Seasonal Ticket Office Assistant – The Ticket Office Assistant will be responsible for completing both operational and sales duties. This position is a seasonal, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Ticket Operations. The approximate duration for the position will be October 7, 2019 – January 3, 2020.
Account Services Executive – This position has as integral role in the season ticket, group and event sales for the Fiesta Bowl, Cheez-It Bowl and other Foundation events. The Account Services Executive will be focused on attaining revenue goals through retention and renewals of season ticket holders, managing Fiesta Bowl Committee relationships, and supporting the outbound sales team by identifying group and premium opportunities. The position will report to the Director of Ticket Sales.
Corporate Partnerships Account Executive – The Corporate Partnerships Account Executive for The Arizona Sports Foundation is an at-will, full time, non-exempt position that reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Corporate Partnerships Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional and national companies through the sale of integrated packaging of Fiesta Bowl, Cheez-It Bowl and Fiesta Bowl Event assets. This position is also responsible for in-game signage, print publications, promotions, digital media and hospitality as it relates to the company’s corporate partners.
Seasonal Graphics Designer – The Fiesta Bowl is seeking a talented Seasonal Graphic Designer/Production Designer. This candidate will report to the Creative Director and will be responsible for executing design projects for sales, marketing, sponsorship, and content initiatives. This is a non-exempt position and runs from approximately September 30th through December 28th.
Community Relations Intern – The Community Relations Intern in a non-exempt full time position that will report to the Community Relations Director. The Community Relations Intern will assist with all events and initiatives related to Fiesta Bowl Charities. Experience with event planning and or working for a non-profit preferred. A strong candidate will possess effective communication skills, leadership qualities, attention to detail and ability to work independently, meet deadlines and demonstrate an enthusiastic personality.
